SHIPPING
Free standard shipping and returns on orders over €130. Orders under €130 will be charged a €10 shipping fee. We only ship to EU, UK, and Switzerland.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday during working hours with orders placed after 1PM CET processed the next working day. All orders are processed within three working days.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be updated throughout it’s journey. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
Once your order is completed, you will receive two email:
- one confirmation email from R3unite;
- one confirmation email from our logistic partner (AGENZIE RIUNITE) where you will find tracking details and instruction.

RETURNS
R3unite has a 15-day return policy.
If you wish to return an item you have 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise to send it back to our return center.
R3unite reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly authorized or sent not in accordance with this return policy.
In these cases, R3unite can return the box to the sender at the original shipping address. In case R3unite accepts returns that were not authorized or not in compliance, R3unite can withhold the 10% of the value of the returned item from the refund.
In order to arrange the return, please contact info@r3unite.com within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise and follow our instructions. The return is free of charge if you contact us within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition to the following address:

Once received in stock, the return will be processed and if it complies with the required conditions will be credited back to the type of payment used at the time of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email when the return is successfully completed.
Shipping costs charged at the time of purchase are not refundable.
In order for customer service to accept the return, the item/s must be unharmed, unwashed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. The item(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packaging, with its label attached and unused. The returned items must be sent back with all the materials received with the item/s (dust bags, covers etc.) and should have a copy of the invoice inside.
Item/s that will not match R3unite return policy will not be taken into consideration and send back to the customer at his own cost.
The R3unite packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment.
In case customer requests the refund of the item(s) returned, the credit note will be issued after the parcel is returned to our warehouse and only after the quality check on the item(s). The refund procedure will take a minimum of 10 days from the arrival of the item/s at the warehouse. Any changes in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed.
All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact info@r3unite.com
Please note that R3unite can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color. Size or color exchanges will only be issued if requested sizes and colors are in stock.
The new size/color will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged.
Exchanges for different items are not accepted. An item can only be exchanged once.
R3unite cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage to returned package.
The costs relating to the return of the products, with the exception of products that are damaged or have proven defects, shall be borne by the sender.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
R3unite have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on this site as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, R3unite cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.
